Terms of Use
These Terms govern use of Destiny Rewind: Orthodox Saju, provided by Luvd Co., Ltd.
If a translation conflicts with the Korean version, the Korean version is the reference, subject to mandatory law applicable to the user.
1. Purpose and scope
The operator is Luvd Co., Ltd., represented by Nara Kim. These Terms apply to Regression Saju web content, member features, relationship diagnoses, and consultation requests at https://return-saju.luvd.kr. The hosting service provider is SmileServ Co., Ltd.
2. Service
Orthodox Saju input and calculations run in the browser and may be stored in localStorage; relationship-flow drafts may be stored in sessionStorage. Microsoft Clarity analytics is used only for users aged 18 or older who opt in. Traditional Saju result generation does not use AI or an LLM, but the optional Destiny Rewind V2 preparation chat generates replies through OpenAI after separate consent.
3. Member accounts
You may register or sign in through Google, Kakao, or Naver OAuth. New members must accept the Terms and the personal-information collection notice. Users under 18 may not register or request consultation. On account deletion, account data, OAuth links, sessions, consents, and linked Saju profiles are deleted, except records retained by law or diagnosis and consultation records governed by the periods in the Privacy Policy.
4. Nature of Saju content
Saju results are cultural and informational content based on traditional Myeongri. They do not determine or guarantee the future or relationship outcomes and are not medical, legal, investment, financial, or other professional advice. Check important health, legal, investment, and financial decisions separately with a qualified professional.
5. User input
You must provide accurate information. Before entering another person's birth or relationship information, you must have the right to provide and use it. Do not enter unnecessary sensitive information such as national identification, financial, or health information.
6. Diagnosis and consultation
Diagnosis and urgent-consultation requests are recorded in separate intake and scheduling systems operated by Luvd. An urgent consultation is finalized only after payment and schedule confirmation. Consultation does not guarantee another person's intentions, reconciliation, or any future result, and does not advise bypassing a request to stop contact or a block.
7. Paid services
Paid Orthodox Saju reports and subscription or auto-renewal products are not currently sold. Urgent consultation is a paid bank-transfer service subject to the displayed fee, duration, method, schedule, and cancellation and refund terms. Additional paid products will be accompanied by separate transaction disclosures before sale.
8. Prohibited conduct
You may not disrupt the service, misuse accounts, submit a consultation using false information, infringe another person's rights or personal information, collect, copy, distribute, or commercially use service content, UI, or marks without permission, bypass technical safeguards, reverse engineer or decompile service code or calculation logic without authorization, use automated means for bulk access or data extraction, or use the service illegally.
9. Availability and changes
Maintenance, outages, or failures of external OAuth, intake APIs, or databases may temporarily interrupt the service. Material changes or termination will be announced in advance where practicable.
10. Liability
The operator does not exclude liability imposed by law for intent or negligence. Liability for inaccurate user input, decisions made by mistaking content for professional advice, or external failures beyond reasonable control is limited only to the extent permitted by law.
11. Changes to these Terms
When these Terms change, the effective date, changes, and reason for material changes will be posted in the service. Material changes adverse to users will be announced in advance for the period and by the method required by applicable law, and consent will be obtained where required.
